The Blue Room: a new and simpler way to sell Canadians cars - because Ford wanted to be straighter with their shopper. A place to face up to pain points, to finally explain what jargon means, and a place for greater transparency - like why a higher price might include more for your money. It didn't look, sound or feel like any other car retail work - and it kept (and is keeping) Ford number one in sales. Here is a selection of online/TV ads. Messages were reinforced with radio, posters, print and POS - always trying to land the offer while being on the shopper's side.


Some oldies from back when I wasn't selling cars. Some of it is serious, but most of it is silly.
